Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Schedule

At Normal Phenomena of Life, we process orders once a week on Wednesdays. This means that all orders placed on or before Tuesday of each week will be included in the batch for processing on the following Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday will be processed the following week.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, delivery times will vary depending on your selected shipping method and your location. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.

3. Order Tracking

For your convenience, we provide order tracking information as soon as it becomes available. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on your chosen shipping method, the destination of your order, and the total weight of the items in your cart. The delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

5. Delivery Address 

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.

6. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled processing day (Tuesday). Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed. For more information on canceling an order, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
